European Fashion Business School TMO

5 minutes mood board.


Today I went to European Fashion Business School TMO in Doorn.
I think I want to study fashion management over there, but I still can't choose between TMO and AMFI Amsterdam cause both have there advantages.
During the day we've had two presentations and four lessons and all of it was very instructive.
One of the lessons was a kind of visual merchandising, there we had to create a mood board in 5 minutes (you can see the result above).
The other lessons were about marketing, business economics and product knowledge.
Product knowledge was much fun, you'll learn about all kind of fabrics and what makes a product a good one.
Did you know the new dutch football shirt is made of 19 plastic bottles?!

the tough styling inspired me, I really like the white jumpsuit en all the studded items, in particular the studded clutch. the wet hair look is an other thing I am definitely gonna try.

Can't wait to get my hands on all this stunning items!

tomorrow i'm off to Austria, that's why you haven't seen more outfit post yet. I'll try to shoot as many as possible when there.

I'm hoping my boyfriend brings his Macbook so I can do some updates.

TREND REPORT. 

It's gonna be a summer full of skirts, knee length skirts.

Boring? No, there are more then a thousand ways to wear them. You will mostly see this length in two different ways, like a pencil skirt or like a pleated skirt. A pleated skirt is perfect to wear casual, you can combine it a simple white tee or a over sized blouse. the pencil skirt can be very business like, but I prefer to wear it a bit rock and roll. For example with a black leather biker jacket and a cropped tee or just with a cropped jumper. (see Prada and Dolce and Gabbana for more inspiration.)

Don't be afraid to wear it.

Acne boots.

Once I saw those ankle boots one thing was for sure, Acne is making the most gorgeous ankle boots in the whole word.
